És possible construir el posicionament internacional de Catalunya basat en la vessant ambiental i en l’actualització de la seva mediterraneïtat? Els nous valors de consciència social i territorial tenen com a demanda comuna la necessitat d’incorporar i d’aprofitar el factor ambiental en qualsevol estratègia de futur.
