Hem descobert els límits, la necessitat d’internalitzar els costos socials i ambientals i d’instaurar una nova cultura conversacional amb l’entorn natural. Ara cal traduir aquesta consciència en un nou marc d’actuació global i local, en el qual la implementació de les polítiques ambientals estigui en el procés de la presa de decisió des del primer moment.

Catalunya Futur Verd ”Ciutats fèrtils, camps creatius” Una reflexió vintcentista entre la globalització i la sostenibilitat

El moment fundacional que viu Catalunya, juntament amb el repte de superar el sotrac social generat per la crisi, és una gran oportunitat per posar la ciència i el coneixement al servei d’un nou model de creixement. Tal com el noucentisme, a les portes d’un nou segle, va posar la cultura al servei de la creació de l’imaginari d’un país millor, avui també es donen les condicions per construir els fonaments d’una economia intel·ligent basada en l’eficiència ambiental. Hem descobert els límits, la necessitat d’internalitzar els costos socials i ambientals i d’instaurar una nova cultura conversacional amb l’entorn natural.
